car dealers

I was at a Ford Dealer this week and had my mind set on a car that I have always wanted.  As I pulled up, I looked around to see if they had exactly what I was looking for.  When I got out of my car, nobody came over to help so I decided to walk around anyway.  The cars were very dirty and they had all of the cars mixed up so I had to walk all over the lot in the sun to try to pick out a car.   I go frustrated and was about to leave but a salesman walked to me and asked if I needed help.  I told him what I wanted so he told me to go inside and he will bring it up to me in a few minutes. 30 Mins later, he brought the clean car that I asked for to me.  I ended up buying the car but it made me wonder how much business do they do with they current way that they are set up.  Would putting all of the same cars together help increase sales?  Would having the cars clean at all times help?  I think that the main thing that should change is customer service.  Having someone meet every customer as soon as they pull up would make someone feel important.

Recently, Jared Fogle and Subway suspended their relationship because of an investigation on Jared for while pornography.  Before the investigation, Jared made a lot of money from Subway and for Subway because he was able to lose a lot of weight by only eating Subway.  During the time that the relationship between Fogle and Subway was great, Subway was alarmed about Fogle's interest in children but Subway did not do anything about it.  Now Fogle's foundation is shattered and his name and face is all over social media.  Does this make people not want to eat at Subway anymore?  Did this hurt Subway's image since the face that went along with the name is being bashed? I don't think that this will hurt Subway at all.  I think that this only makes Fogle look like a bad person since he's not the owner of the company.
